  • We ship all local orders with tracking.
  • Standard delivery time: 2 to 4 business days after order has been processed.
  • Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

We provide same-day delivery at an additional charge for customers who require their items urgently.

SELF-COLLECTION

  • Self-collection is available at our store: 10 Kaki Bukit Ave 4 #09-64 Premier @ Kaki Bukit S(415874).
  • Please wait for a confirmation message/email before coming to collect your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • If you would like to arrange your own overseas courier, please contact us before placing an order.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-delivery charges will apply.
